Description: Adult Gymnastics Program \|Thursday 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM This class is for anyone who is 18+ years of age and is interested in gymnastics. Adult Recreational Drop In Gymnastics is suitable for EVERYONE - even if you have never been in a gym before!! You could be a beginner, a former athlete, a parent of an athlete, or someone looking to explore the world of gymnastics for fitness and fun! It is open to people of varying gymnastics experience and ability. This class will consist of a structured warm up and stretch, instruction on a variety of gymnastics skills and an optional conditioning circuit. All Adult Flex Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Passes are valid until June 20, 2024. This is a mandatory yearly fee in the province of Alberta for anyone who participates in the sport of gymnastics. Their year runs from July 01st - June 30th each year.
