This class is for anyone 18+ years of age and is interested in gymnastics.  Adult Recreational Drop In Gymnastics is suitable for EVERYONE - even if you have never been in a gym before!! You could be a beginner, a former athlete, a parent of an athlete, or someone looking to explore the world of gymnastics for fitness and fun! It is open to people of varying gymnastics experience and ability. This class will consist of a structured warm up and stretch, instruction on a variety of gymnastics skills and an optional conditioning circuit.

• December 21 & 28, 2023
• January 4, 2024
• March 28, 2024

All Adult Flex Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Passes are valid until June 20, 2024.

In addition to your class fee there is a mandatory Spring Insurance and Membership through Alberta Gymnastics Federation. 

The Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) Spring Insurance and Membership runs from April 1st - June 30th each year.  This Insurance and Membership must be included along with your 1st Flex pass purchase.

 By purchasing our FLEX PASSES you have the flexibility to choose the weeks that you attend based on your own personal schedule! You MUST purchase your FLEX PASS and AGF in advance before you SAVE YOUR SPOT for the week(s) that you would like to attend class. We just ask that you SAVE YOUR SPOT before the class to ensure that we can appropriately staff each week; or cancel the class in advance if we have no one participating!
