ROLLOVER REGISTRATION
Monthly ROLLOVER REGISTRATION will allow you and your family the flexibility to personalize your gymnastics experience. Register ONCE to secure your spot and your registration will automatically rollover each month until the end of June 2024!
Please note that fees will vary from month to month as they will be based on the number of classes within that specific month.

*NEW* Withdrawal Policy
There are three opportunities throughout the season for you to withdraw your athlete(s) and put an end to your monthly payments for your child’s classes. If you wish to withdraw from the current class you are registered in, a written notice must be submitted via email to infonorth@calgarygymcentre.com for programming at North and info@calgarygymcentre.com for programming at our West location.
Withdrawal deadlines are as follows:
- September 1, 2023
- December 1, 2023 (to stop payments January onward)
- March 1, 2024 (to stop payments April onward)
Medical Absences/Medical Withdraws:
If your child has a medical reason and needs to withdraw outside of the withdrawal dates, a medical note from a Doctor is required.
Non Medical Absences
Please note that we do not offer make-up classes if your child is unable to attend their class.
Please note that if our system detects more than 30 minutes of inactivity in your browser, your registration spots will no longer be reserved and you will need to begin again.
