Withdrawal Policy
Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted prior to the 20th of the month in order to withdraw from the program at the end of the month. Any member who fails to meet this requirement will be charged an extra month’s fees. No partial month refunds will be made. Athletes leaving the program after May 1st will not receive a refund for their June fees.
All withdraws should be submitted to ashlyn.boucher@calgarygymcentre.com.
Medical Absences/Medical Withdraws
If your athlete misses multiple practices due to an injury, a medical note must be submitted to the main office at the location of training prior to returning to class. Upon receipt of a medical note, a partial refund will be provided for any classes that are missed as a result of the injury.
If your child has missed several months due to a medical withdrawal and you wish to return to our InterClub Program, an individual skill assessment will be required to place your athlete appropriately.
Please note that if our system detects more than 30 minutes of inactivity in your browser, your registration spots will no longer be reserved and you will need to begin again.
