Withdrawal Policy

Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted prior to the 20th of the month in order to withdraw from the program at the end of the month. Any member who fails to meet this requirement will be charged an extra month’s fees. No partial month refunds will be made.  Athletes leaving the program after May 1st will not receive a refund for their June fees. Please note that a $50 administrative fee will be applied to all withdrawals.  All withdraws must be submitted to interclub@calgarygymcentre.com.

Medical Absences/Medical Withdraws

In the unfortunate event that your child becomes injured/ill for an extended period, we may be able to reduce or suspend your fees. You must submit any request for fee suspension to the krystle-lee.maclean@calgarygymcentre.com in writing by the 15th of the month to be considered for suspension of fees in the following month. The injury or illness must be over 30 consecutive days before being considered for a suspension of fees. If your child is still training, but at reduced hours, please also speak with Krystle-lee with for a reduction in your child’s training costs. Again, these reductions are for injury or illness in excess of 30 consecutive days. If your child has missed more than two months due to a medical injury/illness, they will be automatically withdrawn from the InterClub program.  Should they wish to return, an individual assessment may be granted, and a spot offered based on spaces available.
