| Description: ALL SPORT ONE CITY REGISTRATION | Adult Gymnastics Program | Thursday February 13th | 8:30 - 10:00 PM All Registrations must be done through All Sport One City and will open in late January | To register CLICK HERE This class is for anyone who is 18+ years of age and is interested in gymnastics. Adult Gymnastics Program is suitable for EVERYONE - even if you have never been in a gym before!! You could be a beginner, a former athlete, a parent of an athlete, or someone looking to explore the world of gymnastics for fitness and fun! It is open to people of varying gymnastics experience and ability. This class will consist of a structured warm up and stretch, instruction on a variety of gymnastics skills and an optional conditioning circuit. |
