WEST 2024-25 Performance Team Tryouts
Performance Team is a 12-month program commitment, training 1 day/week. Our athletes perform routines across the country. The routines consist of gymnastics, dance, acro and cheer elements.
Performance Team Athletes MUST also be registered in a CGC FUNdamentals class from September 2024 - June 2025. (this can be any recreational class including Interclub or Acro/Tumbling for PT.)

Performance Team requirements
- Minimum 8 years old by September 13th, 2024
- In a CanGym Level 5 or higher
- In a CanJump 5 or higher
- InterClub
Programs offered at both WEST & NORTH Locations on the following days
- West Performance Team - Friday 4:15-6:15 pm
- ages 8-20 yrs
- North Performance Team - Friday 4:15-6:15 pm
- ages 8-20 yrs
Refunds will not be issued for athletes who are unable to attend after they have been registered.
Please note that if our system detects more than 30 minutes of inactivity in your browser, your registration spots will no longer be reserved and you will need to begin again.
