Tumble Stars and Evening Stars Program

Tumble Stars and Evening Stars is a Talent Identification Program for girls and boys aged 3.5 – 7 years in Trampoline and Tumbling program (often referred to as T&T). There are three events in which your child will begin their T&T education—Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline and Power Tumbling. In this fundamental learning stage, our Tumble Stars and Evening Stars will be taught in the areas of flexibility, strength, coordination, focus, balance, agility, body awareness, alignment, and basic body positioning/shaping. CGC’s Trampoline and Tumbling Program is a high-performance program that focuses on producing gymnasts for the Elite level of T&T (National, International and World class). Due to this directive, CGC seeks out girls and boys that have the right attributes to cope with the physical and mental demands of the sport, as well as the commitment and drive to reach the top levels. Your child has been selected for the first assessment level of our program, which leads to the Pre-Developmental Program. They have been chosen because they demonstrated certain qualities or physical attributes. This does not guarantee an indefinite position in the Evening Stars and pre-competitive system, only the chance for us to work with them to teach and develop those skills mentioned. Our structured classes teach the girls and boys to be disciplined, but are also designed to be fun, enjoyable, and further their love of the sport. Regardless of a possible advancement in our program, the tools with which they master here will help them excel in any athletic endeavour ahead. Gymnastics is the basis of all sports.
