Come Party With Us!

 

Parties at the Calgary Gymnastics Centre are designed and developed to be a one of a kind experience for all ages 3+!

Our experienced team of safety-first coaches will lead your group in 1.5 hours of gymnastics FUN! With games and gym activities that are selected for your group’s age and ability, each party-goer is sure to leave with a SMILE! You also have access to our private Party Room to continue your party. This room will be available 15 minutes prior to the start of your party, for decorating and preparation and for 1 hour after your group’s gym experience.

Parties at the Calgary Gymnastics Centre are not just for Birthdays!

We also offer options for adults, teens, corporate functions, staff parties, team building and Christmas parties.

Party activities in the gym are specially chosen to be age appropriate and adaptable for all ages.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Withdrawal Policy
    Party withdrawals will be accepted up to two weeks prior to your party date.  A $30 withdrawal fee will be applied.  After this date no, refunds will be provided unless for medical reason and accompanied by a medical note. 
    Service fees paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. 
    Host Family
    • Maximum 15 or 25 participating children, includes Birthday Child (based on the party package booked))
    • All children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) for the duration of the party. 
    • Waiver Information
      • All children and any accompanying adults must have completed the online waivers. 
      • Participation in the gymnastics portion of the party, will not be allowed unless these documents have been completed (There will be no exceptions)
      • All waivers should be completed at least 5 days prior to the party date
