WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Camp withdrawals will be accepted up to 1 week prior to the start of camp (see below for withdrawal fees).  After this time, withdrawals will only be accepted for medical reasons.  A doctors note must be provided.

Withdrawal Fees

• $20 - Full Day Camps
• $10 - Half Day & Evening Camps
• Service fees paid at time of registration (non-refundable)

We reserve the right to cancel camps if minimum numbers are not met.

Camp cost does not include the yearly AGF (Alberta Gymnastics Federation Insurance & Membership Fee).  AGF Insurance and Membership is valid from July 1st - June 30th.
