This class is for anyone who is 18+ years of age and is interested in gymnastics.  Adult Gymnastics Program is suitable for EVERYONE - even if you have never been in a gym before!! You could be a beginner, a former athlete, a parent of an athlete, or someone looking to explore the world of gymnastics for fitness and fun! It is open to people of varying gymnastics experience and ability. This class will consist of a structured warm up and stretch, instruction on a variety of gymnastics skills and an optional conditioning circuit.   

 

Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) Annual Insurance fee is in addition to the cost of the registered Adult Gymnastics class. (65.00 per year). This is a mandatory yearly fee in the province of Alberta for anyone who participates in the sport of gymnastics. Their year runs from July 1st - June 30th each year. 

 

We will no longer be offering our Adult Rec Flex Passes and instead you will register and pay per class date on Uplifter. Each class is $21.00, and you will be able to pick and choose the dates you want to attend based on your schedule. 

 

Our Adult Gymnastics Classes will be available for registration on the 1st of the month prior. (i.e. October dates will be posted on September 1st.)

To attend the Adult Gymnastics Program, you must be registered on Uplifter for that day. Registration for the class will remain open until 8:30 pm on the day of the class. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

If you are no longer able to attend the class, don’t worry, just let us know within 24 hours and you will receive a credit back to your account. Please note that any withdrawals after the 24-hour mark and no-shows will be charged for the class and will receive no refund, unless a medical note is provided.

 

Please note that service fees charged at time of registration are non-refundable.

 

If there is a day that you want to attend but it is full, please put yourself on the waitlist. Depending on interest, we will do our best to open more spots. However, please note that you are not able to attend the class unless you receive a waitlist notification email and you register for the class. If a spot opens, you will receive an email and be given 48 hours to register.  If you do not register within the 48 hours, you will be automatically taken off the waitlist and the system will go on to the next person on the list.
