INDIVIDUAL TRAINING SESSIONS 

THESE CLASSES ARE ONLY FOR ATHLETES REGISTERED IN A CALGARY GYMNASTICS CENTRE PROGRAM

CanGym Level 1-4

These 1-hour classes are a great opportunity for athletes to spend 1:1 dedicated time with a coach, focusing on specific skills that they are looking to learn and improve on. With the guidance of a coach, athletes will have access to a variety of equipment in the gym to work on their desired skills. 

CanGym Level 5+/InterClub Gems

These 1-hour classes are a great opportunity for athletes to spend 1:1 dedicated time with a coach, focusing on specific skills that they are looking to learn and improve on. With the guidance of a coach, athletes will have access to a variety of equipment in the gym to work on their desired skills. 

InterClub Jewels

These 1-hour classes are a great opportunity for athletes to spend 1:1 dedicated time with a coach, focusing on specific skills that they are looking to learn and improve on. With the guidance of a coach, athletes will have access to a variety of equipment in the gym to work on their desired skills. 

 Please see lists below to determine if your athlete is an InterClub GEM or JEWEL 

Performance Team Athletes 12+ or on the Phoenix Team can register in the Jewel Sessions. Performance Team athletes under 12 can register in the Gem Sessions

WITHDRAWAL/TRANSFER POLICY

  Withdrawals or transfers will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the start of the training session.  

  Withdrawal/transfer requests received less than 48 hours prior to the start of the training session will only be considered for medical reasons.  A doctor's note must be provided.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

WHAT TO BRING:

Please provide your child with the following:

  • Drink/Water Bottle

WHAT TO WEAR TO GYMNASTICS:

  • Please have your athlete come to gymnastics in clothing that allows a full range of motion.
  • Bodysuits, shorts, fitted t-shirts, leggings or athletic pants
  • Ensure your child does not have skin exposed on the torso
  • Hair tightly secured
  • All jewellery left at home
  • Bare feet are the safest and only accepted footwear in the gym

Please note that if our system detects more than 30 minutes of inactivity in your browser, your registration spots will no longer be reserved and you will need to begin again.
