Our Extended Closure Policy for the 2022-2023 Season includes the continuation of classes via alternative programming to allow us to bridge the gap for our athletes if another closure is necessary.

In the event that the Calgary Gymnastics Centre must cancel a program offered at our facility (i.e., class, training, camp, event, party, rental, etc.) in excess of one (1) day due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control (i.e. power failure, extreme weather alert, flood, fire, gas leak, global pandemic, etc.) we will provide alternative programming options for the remainder of the current month. These alternative programming options may include modified Zoom lessons, make up classes, modified in-gym training options, or a combination of these options. If the closure extends beyond this, we will freeze fee payments for the upcoming month(s) until classes are able to resume.
