Withdrawal Policy 

There are three opportunities throughout the season for you to withdraw and  receive a refund. 

If you wish to withdraw from the Performance Team, written notice must be submitted via  email to laura.fiumano@calgarygymcentre.com by one of the following withdrawal  deadlines: 

• September 1, 2024

• December 1, 2024 (to stop payments for January onward) 

• March 1, 2025 (to stop payments for April onward) 

* All withdrawals will incur a $50.00 administrative fee. 

 Medical Absences/Medical Withdrawals

If you miss multiple practices due to an injury or illness, a medical note must be submitted to the main office prior to returning to class. Upon receipt of a medical note, a partial refund will be provided for any classes that are missed as a result of the injury/illness. 

If you miss more than 6 weeks of training, we may look at discussing other options for the remainder of the year as attendance from every team member is essential to build a great routine.

EXTENDED FACILITY CLOSURE POLICY

Our Extended Closure Policy for the 2024-2025 Season includes the continuation of classes via alternative programming to allow us to bridge the gap for our athletes if another closure is necessary.

In the event that the Calgary Gymnastics Centre must cancel a program offered at our facility (i.e., class, training, camp, event, party, rental, etc.) in excess of one (1) day due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control (i.e. power failure, extreme weather alert, flood, fire, gas leak, global pandemic, etc.) we will provide alternative programming options for the remainder of the current month. These alternative programming options may include modified Zoom lessons, make up classes, modified in-gym training options, or a combination of these options. If the closure extends beyond this, we will freeze fee payments for the upcoming month(s) until classes are able to resume.
