WITHDRAWAL/TRANSFER POLICY
Withdrawals:
Withdrawal will be accepted up to 1 week prior to the start of camp and will incur the following admin fees:
- $30 - Weekly Full Day Camps
- $20 - Weekly Half Day Camps
Transfers:
Transfers will be accepted up to 1 week prior to the start of camp..
Withdrawal/transfer requests received less than 1 week prior to the start of camp will only be considered for medical reasons. A doctor's note must be provided.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP
Please provide your child(ren) with the following:
- Full Day - Healthy lunch, two snacks, drink(s) and water bottle
- Half Day - Two snacks, drink(s) and water bottle
- Change of clothes
- Sunscreen
- Hat
Please ensure that all food items brought into the facility are completely NUT FREE.
WHAT TO WEAR TO GYMNASTICS:
- Please have your athlete come to gymnastics in clothing that allows a full range of motion.
- Bodysuits, shorts, fitted t-shirts, leggings or athletic pants
- Ensure your child does not have skin exposed on the torso
- Hair tightly secured
- All jewelry left at home
- Bare feet are the safest and only accepted footwear in the gym
SERVICE FEES PAID AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
