Come Party With Us!

 

Parties at the Calgary Gymnastics Centre are designed and developed to be a one of a kind experience for all ages!

Our experienced team of safety-first coaches will lead your group in 1.5 hours of gymnastics FUN! With games and gym activities that are selected for your group’s age and ability, each party-goer is sure to leave with a SMILE! You also have access to our private Party Room to continue your party. This room will be available 15 minutes prior to the start of your party, for decorating and preparation and for 1 hour after your group’s gym experience.

Parties at the Calgary Gymnastics Centre are not just for Birthdays!

We also offer options for adults, teens, corporate functions, staff parties, team building and Christmas parties.

Party activities in the gym are specially chosen to be age appropriate and adaptable for all ages.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Maximum 15 or 25 children
  • Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the party.  (Parents assisting a child are not included in the party numbers)
  • Party guests should be picked up 15 minutes prior to the scheduled end of your party to allow for clean up.

PARTY WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Withdrawals will be accepted up to 1 week prior to your party date. After this period refunds will only be accepted for medical reasons and must accompanied with a medical note. A $30 admin will fee apply.

 

Please note that if our system detects more than 30 minutes of inactivity in your browser, your registration spots will no longer be reserved and you will need to begin again.
